after a barrage of problems/setbacks/difficulties... issue one of tards is finally here!! for 3 of your English pounds (5 of your American dollars) you get a jumbo sized 48 page bonanza of entertainment. you'll laugh, you'll wince and you'll probably read it twice or more!...
